Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized designs
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you need a different size or design, we’re happy to help!
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
(Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — either with a replacement or full refund.
