Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: during high-volume periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical U.S. delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days.
International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues.
